 不知怎的，今天不想吃飯。

然後過了好一陣子，心情就開始很差很差。

喂這到底是發生甚麼事了？

我想冷靜，但又靜不下來，

我快瘋了 .....

以前一個月總有一些時候是這樣的，

現在減少了頻密度，但它還是會來的 .....

唉 ...........
